Phase I included the construction of 56-units of integrated supportive and affordable housing which serves low-and-moderate income families in Sweden/Brockport, New York. Frances Apartments’ first phase contains 14 units for persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities in an integrated living community. Phase II added 48 more units of affordable housing to this development for a total of 104 affordable homes at the site.
