WELCOME to AD Price I (ADP I), AD Price II (ADP II), AD Price III (ADP III), owned by AD Price I, II, III LLC, and professionally managed by Cornerstone Property Managers, LLC. Our community is operated under the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Program (LIHTC), within Section 42 of the Internal Revenue Code, Housing Trust Fund (HTF) Program and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development; Office of Public and Indian Housing, Public Housing Program (PHA).

This community is designated to facilitate the housing needs of low-income households. Qualified households will receive HUD Public Housing rental assistance. Please see attached documentation regarding qualifications and application.

OVERVIEW

Residency in all of the apartments at AD Price I is limited to serving those households having low income, as determined by the LIHTC program; income limits at or below 60% of the Area Median Income, according to household size. Household income is calculated as gross income received from all sources, including, but not limited to, standard wages, social security, pensions, child support, annuity, asset income, etc., minus allowable deductions; as outlined in the Public Housing Program.

AD Price I

  • Heat and electricity are the responsibility of the resident.
  • All income and qualification information provided by applicants must be verified before occupancy. The income qualification and certification process must also be completed annually upon lease renewal.
  • Standard security deposits have been established and are equal to one month’s rent.
  • Applications will be accepted for the waiting list in order of date and time received.

Seniors Aged 55+ with a preference to Seniors 62+
  • Heat and hot water are included in rent. Electricity is the responsibility of the resident.
  • Non-smoking campus. Smoking is restricted to 25’ away from the building.
  • All income and qualification information provided by applicants must be verified before occupancy. Income qualification and certification process must also be completed annually upon lease renewal.
  • Standard security deposits have been established and are equal to one month’s rent.
  • Applications will be accepted for the waiting list in order of date and time received.

All information on income provided by applicants must be verified before occupancy. This qualification and certification process must also be completed annually upon renewal.
